Please complete this questionnaire and we will contact you to book an appointment for the free dental check up with Nurse Estelle. If needed, we will book your cat in for their dental under our special dental health month offer.

Only £635* includes: 1 hour of anaesthesia, fluid therapy, full mouth exam & charting, full mouth dental radiography, descale and polish- *Extraction time, further anaesthesia and any additional drugs required not included.

Offer ends 31st March 2026. To qualify for £100 discount, dental must be booked in for before 30th June 2026
